Beautiful location with stunning mountain views. the hotel was also within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options for different dietary needs.

The decor and amenities were outdated and in need of an update. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed disinterested.

Convenient location, with everything we wanted to do nearby, and we enjoyed the pool.

A short walk to babsi pizzeria trattoria, where you can have lunch. We enjoyed our time at the hotel, THANKS A LOT. There was a cable car station close by.

The hotel's location on top of the cable car from a nearby city was perfect, providing easy access to breathtaking views and a tranquil garden. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the city center was a definite plus. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The service here was impeccable, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services available at my convenience. I also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle and paid shuttle service, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a complimentary drink, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel also offers tours and ticket assistance, ensuring that guests can explore the area with ease. In terms of amenities, my room was beautifully appointed with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with its lovely garden furniture. The room itself was tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a spacious bathroom with free toiletries. The hotel also boasts a dining restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area for evening drinks. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and attentive to all my needs. my stay at this hotel was a truly luxurious and memorable experience.

Located on top of the cable car from Bolzano, Parkhotel Holzner offers a tranquil garden setting with stunning views of the Dolomites and the valley below. the hotel is conveniently situated just 10 minutes from the center of Bolzano, allowing easy access to shopping and cafes. the rooms are comfortable and elegantly decorated in classic Art Nouveau style, with private balconies or terraces offering breathtaking views. Guests can enjoy excellent service from the friendly and accommodating staff. the breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel also offers a range of facilities including tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and organized activities.

The evening food menus can be complex at times, but the quality of the dishes cannot be criticized.

Amazing views of the mountains and valley. The hotel facilities were great, with a range of activities for children and adults. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the local cuisine and the fresh produce.

The hotel is very family-oriented, so it can get noisy at times. The decor in the rooms and common areas was a bit outdated, although everything was very well-maintained.
